The error chain.articulated-payload#

user: the script can change it: the error says what happened in the experiment’s names, and what to write instead.

Where MIME gives it, with what its message says happened and what its action says to do ({…} is filled in from the experiment):

  • in mime/build/_masses.py:

    • what happened: {…} is moved by the joints of {…}, a segment mounted on {…}, whose dynamics carry mass: an articulated payload, whose joints {…}'s tree does not hold

    • what to do: use the kinematic rung of {…}, whose motion no mounted mass changes and which takes every mounted mass (Arm.Kinematic(...) or Motor.Kinematic(...)); or mount the mass rigidly on one of {…}'s frames, Part(..., mount="{…}.<frame>"); jointed sub-trees grafted on a link are logged for later: ask at {…}

Reading an error and reaching its full traceback: reading an error. Every code: the index.
