The error controller.untraceable

user: the script can change it: the error says what happened in the experiment’s names, and what to write instead.

Where MIME gives it, with what its message says happened and what its action says to do ({…} is filled in from the experiment):

  • what happened: the controller {…} cannot run inside the compiled step (mode {…}): {…}

  • what to do: {…}run it as a callback, mode={…}, where its step may be any Python and no derivative passes through it; or write its step in jax.numpy, with a state and writes of fixed shapes
