The error drag.no-axis#

user: the script can change it: the error says what happened in the experiment’s names, and what to write instead.

Where MIME gives it, with what its message says happened and what its action says to do ({…} is filled in from the experiment):

  • in mime/interactions/hydrodynamic.py:

    • what happened: medium {…} fills {…}, a {…} region with no axis: the surrogate needs a tube's axis and radius

    • what to do: fill a tube's lumen, Medium(..., fills=tube.lumen), or choose a rung for this geometry when one is built

  • in mime/interactions/hydrodynamic.py:

    • what happened: medium {…} fills {…}, a {…} region, whose parameters are not a circular tube's {…}: the surrogate needs a tube's axis and radius

    • what to do: fill a tube's lumen: Medium(..., fills=tube.lumen)

  • in mime/interactions/hydrodynamic.py:

    • what happened: medium {…} fills {…}, whose axis lies outside it (signed distance {…} m on the axis)

    • what to do: fill a tube's lumen: Medium(..., fills=tube.lumen)

Reading an error and reaching its full traceback: reading an error. Every code: the index.
