The error drag.no-region

user: the script can change it: the error says what happened in the experiment’s names, and what to write instead.

Where MIME gives it, with what its message says happened and what its action says to do ({…} is filled in from the experiment):

• in mime/interactions/hydrodynamic.py:

  • what happened: medium {…} fills no region with a shape, so it has no axis and no radius: the surrogate reads both from the tube the medium fills

  • what to do: write Medium({…}, fills=tube.lumen) for a structure with a Tube geometry
