The error frame.up-missing#

user: the script can change it: the error says what happened in the experiment’s names, and what to write instead.

Where MIME gives it, with what its message says happened and what its action says to do ({…} is filled in from the experiment):

  • in mime/build/_plan.py:

    • what happened: the experiment declares no scene, so no up direction, and MIME assumes no axis

    • what to do: pass scene=Scene.new(up=+Z, units="m") to Experiment, with whichever direction is up in your world

  • in mime/scene/_frame.py:

    • what happened: the scene declares no up direction, and MIME assumes no axis

    • what to do: pass up=+Z (or whichever direction is up in your world) to Scene.new

Reading an error and reaching its full traceback: reading an error. Every code: the index.
