The error frame.up-not-y-or-z#

user: the script can change it: the error says what happened in the experiment’s names, and what to write instead.

Where MIME gives it, with what its message says happened and what its action says to do ({…} is filled in from the experiment):

  • in mime/scene/_frame.py:

    • what happened: the scene's up={…} is neither +Y nor +Z, and a scene's up is +Y or +Z only, the two axes USD's upAxis names

    • what to do: up is a choice of coordinates, so re-express the scene with up along +Y or +Z, Scene.new(up=Z, ...) (for example by swapping two axes); importing data in another frame will be a declared frame transform

Reading an error and reaching its full traceback: reading an error. Every code: the index.
