The error geometry.native#

user: the script can change it: the error says what happened in the experiment’s names, and what to write instead.

Where MIME gives it, with what its message says happened and what its action says to do ({…} is filled in from the experiment):

  • in mime/scene/_read.py:

    • what happened: prim {…} is the kind {…}, whose native form is a {…}, and is a {…}

    • what to do: write it as a '{…}'

  • in mime/scene/_read.py:

    • what happened: prim {…} authors no {…}: its fallback is not a parameter

    • what to do: author '{…}' on the prim

  • in mime/scene/_read.py:

    • what happened: prim {…}'s {…} is {…}, not {…}: the kind's axis is its own +Z, turned by its transform

    • what to do: write '{…} = "{…}"'

  • in mime/scene/_read.py:

    • what happened: prim {…} holds a setting that is not finite

    • what to do: write finite numbers in the prim's settings, as 'double radius = 0.001'

Reading an error and reaching its full traceback: reading an error. Every code: the index.
