Where MIME gives it, with what its message says happened and what its action says to do ({…} is filled in from the experiment):

• in mime/build/_plan.py:

  • what happened: the requests merged into one coupling group over {…} ask for different tolerances or caps: {…}

  • what to do: attach entries whose requests agree: each entry's author declares its GroupRequest(tolerance=..., max_iterations=...), so a script cannot change them; attach one of the entries named, or report the disagreement to the packages that define them
