The error push.sharing#

user: the script can change it: the error says what happened in the experiment’s names, and what to write instead.

Where MIME gives it, with what its message says happened and what its action says to do ({…} is filled in from the experiment):

  • in mime/push/_defaults.py:

    • what happened: {…}: {…}

    • what to do: correct it by hand, or delete it and save them again from 'mime push <folder> --setup'

  • in mime/push/_edits.py:

    • what happened: {…}: push could not write the site's {…} into it, to keep {…} ({…}), and sent nothing

    • what to do: copy the site's value in by hand, as these lines, in {…}: {…}; then 'mime push <folder> --to {…}' again

  • in mime/push/_edits.py:

    • what happened: {…}: {…}, and {…}, so it put the file back as it was and sent nothing

    • what to do: copy the site's value in by hand, as these lines, in {…}: {…}; then 'mime push <folder> --to {…}' again

  • in mime/push/_setup.py:

    • what happened: {…} {…}, so --setup cannot edit it, and it never replaces it; nothing was asked or written

    • what to do: make it writable, 'chmod u+w {…}', then 'mime push {…} --setup' again; or edit it by hand

  • in mime/push/_setup.py:

    • what happened: {…} is not YAML that reads ({…}), so --setup cannot edit it

    • what to do: correct it by hand, or move it aside and run 'mime push {…} --setup' again

  • in mime/push/_sharing.py:

    • what happened: {…}, {…}: {…}

    • what to do: write it as '{…}' in {…}, then 'mime push <folder> --to <service>' again

Reading an error and reaching its full traceback: reading an error. Every code: the index.
