The error result.not-a-run-folder#

user: the script can change it: the error says what happened in the experiment’s names, and what to write instead.

Where MIME gives it, with what its message says happened and what its action says to do ({…} is filled in from the experiment):

  • in mime/results/_result.py:

    • what happened: {…} is not a run folder: it holds no {…} and outputs.npz

    • what to do: read a folder that built.run_to(...) or 'mime run <folder> --out <dir>' wrote: RunResult.read(<dir>)

  • in mime/results/_result.py:

    • what happened: {…} holds no manifest: it is not an NPZ RunResult.to_npz wrote

    • what to do: read an NPZ result.to_npz(path) wrote, or a run folder: RunResult.read(<dir>)

Reading an error and reaching its full traceback: reading an error. Every code: the index.
