The error run.every#

user: the script can change it: the error says what happened in the experiment’s names, and what to write instead.

Where MIME gives it, with what its message says happened and what its action says to do ({…} is filled in from the experiment):

  • in mime/cli/__init__.py:

    • what happened: {…} {…} is not a duration

    • what to do: write it with a unit, 'mime run <folder> {…} 10s --out <dir>'; the forms are {…}

  • in mime/experiment/_experiment.py:

    • what happened: every= is {…} s, not a whole number of base steps of {…} s

    • what to do: space the samples by whole steps: every=s({…})

  • in mime/experiment/_experiment.py:

    • what happened: every= spaces the samples of the series record= names, and nothing is recorded

    • what to do: name them: run(..., record=[swim.speed], every=...), or drop every=

Reading an error and reaching its full traceback: reading an error. Every code: the index.
