The error run.non-finite#

user: the script can change it: the error says what happened in the experiment’s names, and what to write instead.

Where MIME gives it, with what its message says happened and what its action says to do ({…} is filled in from the experiment):

  • in mime/experiment/_experiment.py:

    • what happened: the state was already not finite when this run started, at step {…} ({…}); at its end {…} {…} not finite numbers

    • what to do: rebuild and run again keeping every step, exp.build().run(..., history=True), since this built's state is no longer finite; or with a smaller dt= in Experiment(..., dt=s({…}))

  • in mime/experiment/_experiment.py:

    • what happened: the run's state stopped being finite numbers at step {…} (t = {…} s), first in {…}{…}

    • what to do: run again with a smaller dt= in Experiment(..., dt=s({…})), and check the first step's inputs

  • in mime/experiment/_experiment.py:

    • what happened: at the end of the run, {…} {…} not finite numbers; the run kept no step's state, so its first step is not known

    • what to do: find it: rebuild and run again keeping every step, exp.build().run(..., history=True); or run with a smaller dt= in Experiment(..., dt=s({…}))

Reading an error and reaching its full traceback: reading an error. Every code: the index.
