The error scene.asset-units#

user: the script can change it: the error says what happened in the experiment’s names, and what to write instead.

Where MIME gives it, with what its message says happened and what its action says to do ({…} is filled in from the experiment):

  • in mime/scene/_compose.py:

    • what happened: {…} authors no metersPerUnit, so its lengths would be read in an assumed unit

    • what to do: author 'metersPerUnit' on the asset layer

  • in mime/scene/_compose.py:

    • what happened: {…} is in {…} m per unit and the scene in {…}: nothing compensates the difference

    • what to do: write the asset in the scene's units, or the scene in the asset's: Scene.new(..., units=...)

Reading an error and reaching its full traceback: reading an error. Every code: the index.
