The error terms.licence#

user: the script can change it: the error says what happened in the experiment’s names, and what to write instead.

Where MIME gives it, with what its message says happened and what its action says to do ({…} is filled in from the experiment):

  • in mime/saved/_terms.py:

    • what happened: {…}: {…}

    • what to do: write an SPDX licence expression in its canonical spelling (licence="CC-BY-4.0"), or declare a licence of your own with its title and link: CustomLicence("LicenseRef-<name>", title=..., url="https://...")

  • in mime/saved/_terms.py:

    • what happened: {…} is {…}, which says nobody stated one

    • what to do: declare the experiment's licence, exp.licence("CC-BY-4.0"), or declare none

  • in mime/saved/_terms.py:

    • what happened: {…} names {…} as text: a licence of your own is declared with its title and link

    • what to do: write an SPDX licence expression in its canonical spelling (licence="CC-BY-4.0"), or declare a licence of your own with its title and link: CustomLicence("LicenseRef-<name>", title=..., url="https://...")

  • in mime/saved/_terms.py:

    • what happened: exp.licence is called {…} times, and an experiment has one licence of its own

    • what to do: call exp.licence(...) once, with an SPDX expression: exp.licence("CC-BY-4.0")

Reading an error and reaching its full traceback: reading an error. Every code: the index.
